The Girls Interschools Challenge Bowl was played at Sunningdale Ladies Golf Club on Saturday 26th April 2008. It was a glorious day for the Competition and we were pleased to welcome 11 schools to the Club and a total of 30 competitors. This Competition is only 4 years old and as yet is still in its infancy. We hope to build year on year and attract even more competitors.

 

The Challenge Bowl was won by Millfield A school team with a score of 82 points. The members of that team were Megan Illingworth, Jodie Stevens and Georgie Haycraft. The runners up were Victoria Collis and Eleanor Dimmock from Dr. Challoners High School with a score of 72 points.

 

The Individual scratch prize was won by Megan Illingworth from Millfield with a gross score of 64 and the runner up was Nicola Taylor from Wycombe Abbey School with a gross score of 68.

 

The handicap prize was won by Georgie Haycraft from Millfield with a score of 44 points and the runner up was Lucinda Taylor from Epsom with a score of 40 points.
